Question by Just being honest: How soon after sex can you trust a pregnancy test?

i has sex with my boyfriend right after my period at the end of october and ever since then he's been thinking that i'm pregnant. i seriously don't think i am. i've gotten my period twice since then and they always felt the same cramps and same kind of flow. he still thinks i'm pregnant and i know i still could be but when would be a good time to just take a test to make him feel better and which kind is the most reliable?

Right after your next period is supposed to be it takes that long for all the hormones to settle
