How safe is having sex without a condom if my girlfriend is on the pill?

My girlfriend is on the pill and I know both of us are clean. She doesn't smoke and is very very careful about taking it everyday, and at the same time everyday too. It's so much better without a condom but I know the pill isn't 100%. How safe is it for us to have sex without a condom?

you can never be too safe, trust me. Use the condom.
