Ok so After sex are you supposed to clean the sperm out frm your vigina??
And if you want to get preg is it good to clean after you have sex?
Or just leave the sperm inside???
Also i can feel my cervix with my finger is that normal?
and does the sperm go pass the cervix to get preg or what???

If you don't understand how a person gets pregnant, you shouldn't be trying to get pregnant, but...

after sex (assuming the reason you didn't use a condom is because you're on other protection (the pill, the shot, etc) and you know your partner doesn't have STDs) what most women do is ball up a tissue against the vaginal opening and push the come out onto it. I prefer to stand up and let it come out on it's own against the tissue. You don't need to clean it out (and you should NEVER douche) other than that.

If you're trying to get pregnant, some women lay with their knees up to their chest to let the semen pool against the cervix (because yes, the sperm swim through the cervix and up to the uterus, and if an egg is their they may impregnate it). Yes it is normal to be able to feel your cervix and you may notice at times it is lower than other times.
