I try to submit a sex offender to face book, but it says problem with submission?

I have report a sex offender to facebook, but it keep says problem with submission, I don't have his URL either.
Facebook has made it very difficult to enter a submission, sex offenders.
but it really needs to be reported.
I need their phone number to ask what I'm doing wrong.

It should be difficult to report someone for a serious crime. This isn\\t something kids should be doing.
