Woman, right, charge, rape, Later, regrets, consentual

If a woman has consentual sex with a man and later regrets it, does she have a right to charge him with rape?

I saw this in a newspaper today where a woman filed charges agaisnt a man for rape, I thought nothing of it but I just read the peice and it say she admitted she had fully consentual but "felt raped" because she regretted it.

I was shocked that it even made it to court. Is this a social influence of the "all men are rapists" and "all sex is rape" brigade?

Surely he'll be aquitted.
